When we build our own home we only like to use the best materials and that’s logical since the house is going to belong to us. Using the best materials might turn the price a bit up but it’s all made thinking about your comfort. Comfort is something that a house must have if you want to enjoy it.

Something that makes a great difference in a house is the kinds of windows you use, if you use double glazing windows you can be sure that the hot will be kept in and the cold out. Make sure your house has double glazed windows if you want to be warm.

I also believe that a garden is a must in a house, a bit of green always helps us clear our minds after a hard day’s work. If it’s big enough you can plant fruit trees, wouldn’t it be good if you could eat your own fruit (completely natural).

And if you have a garden you can surely have a dog, dogs are a good influence in children’s growth and besides they are excellent company.
