Having your own house is an important step in life. Sometimes our first house or apartment might not be the best one but still ours.

For me the best is to have my own house, I don’t appreciate very much renting the house with friends unless they are people that I know for a long time, if we get along and if that person is tidy there shouldn’t be a problem but I still prefer to live alone.

Right now I have my own house in a mountain city, most streets are running up or down and it’s a bit of a bother to walk on them but still funny especially if you’re drunk. The city isn’t very big so it doesn’t have much culture happening around but because I study where I’ll be where for some more time.

The main entertainment in the city is getting drunk and going from bar to bar, I guess it’s everywhere more or less the same but in some places you really have a lot of alternatives.

It was quite hard to find a house and if I had the help of a professional in that area everything would have been different, with the help of a professional in that area you can get to know the really good deals because he works with that every day. One good example of what I’m talking about is raleigh real estate in North Carolina, they can help you find the house of your dreams.

For me one extra point for the house is if it is in city center, I like being the closest to city center so that I get to see the awakening of the city.

When I live in a place I also do appreciate if it has local food, if the local food is good I’m a happy guy.
